Your Design Boys website comes complete with email accounts for your domain.
The number of free email accounts you get depends on your plan, but you can easily extend this with our email add-ons if more are needed.
Using your email accounts
Any normal email program can be used to access your email, including Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird and even GMail.
You can also access your email from any web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
Setting up email accounts
Email programs (Outlook, Thunderbird etc)
- Download and install your email program
- Add new account
- Enter your email address
- Select IMAP
- Add your password.
Webmail on your browser
- Go to https://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
- Enter your email address
- Add your password
- Click Login
Manual settings
Advanced Settings:
Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (replace with your actual email address)
Password: password (replace with your actual password)
Incoming mail
Type: IMAP
Server: mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with your actual domain address)
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Outbound mail
Type: SMTP
Server: mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with your actual domain address)
Port: 587
Encryption method: StartTLS
